Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipping: You may cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. Contact our Support Team via email or live chat with your order number.

After Shipping: Once shipped, cancellation isn’t possible. You may initiate a return upon delivery (see Section 2 below).

Our Right to Cancel: Shopnet4u reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or other reasons. A full refund will be provided for such cases.

Return Window: Items can be returned within 7–10 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition.
  • Original packaging, box, and tags must be intact.
  • Items must not be damaged, altered, or washed.
  • Original invoice or proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable Items: Perishables, personalized items, health & hygiene products (if seal broken), and final sale items.

3. Refund Policy

Refund Process: After receiving your returned product, we’ll inspect it and notify you of approval or rejection via email.

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method (Card, UPI, or Bank Transfer).

Timeline: Refunds usually take 5–7 business days post-approval depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Refunds: If only part of an order is returned, refund will apply to the respective amount (excluding shipping costs).

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by Shopnet4u. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or refund your return shipping cost.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, contact our Support Team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
